We classify data into two distinct tiers: Operational Metadata (used for service performance) and Identity Records (used for secure authentication). Both tiers are subject to localized encryption standards within our Hanoi 40 facility.

At-Rest Encryption
All database volumes are encrypted using AES-256 standards with rotating master keys managed by our internal security leads.
Transport Security
Data in transit utilizes TLS 1.3 protocols, ensuring that your prism analytics sessions remain isolated from external intrusion.

Ingestion & Verification
When you engage our labs for research, we collect contact information and project parameters. We verify the source of the data to prevent atmospheric contamination in our datasets.
Active Research Use
Information is processed through prism analytics engines. This helps the lab improve software diagnostics and technology research outcomes for your specific organization.
Purge & Archival
Expired data is subjected to a scrub protocol. Records not required for legal or contractual compliance are permanently erased from our primary and backup arrays via cryptographic shredding.
Individual Data Rights
Under global and local Vietnamese data protection standards, users retain specific controls over their information. Eastern Prism Labs facilitates these rights through direct administrative channels.
Transparency
The right to request a complete export of all data associated with your professional profile held within our labs database.
Rectification
The right to update or correct any inaccuracies in our records, ensuring research insights remain anchored to valid credentials.
Erasure
The right to be forgotten. Upon request, we will initiate the full deletion process for all non-essential identity records.
Governing Disclosure
We do not sell user data to third-party brokers. Disclosure is only permitted under the following conditions:
- Legal mandates or court orders issued by competent authorities in Hanoi or relevant international jurisdictions.
- Protection of laboratory intellectual property and physical assets during active security breaches.
